Story: A disgruntled PLDT subscriber calls up a tired(?) and emotional female PLDT CSR, listen as things go from bad to worse.

We may have different opinions about this but the bottomline is PLDT should fix and/or upgrade its existing facilities to minimize the downtime(s) experienced by its subscribers. We're talking about people's hard-earned money here, paying for a service that you can't fully utilize is something that EVERYONE will not tolerate. I too am a PLDT DSL subscriber and with the quality of service i am getting from them it really gets into my nerves...
I believe the (disgruntled) subscriber has enough grounds to sue PLDT about this and I wonder how did such a confidential conversation leak into the internet...

kasalanan yan ng PLDT. kung inayos-ayos lang sana nila ang serbisyo hindi na aabot sa murahan ang sitwasyon. :P

Oo nga, kasalanan ng PLDT yan. Kasi may hangganan lang yung pasensiya ng mga subscribers kaya kahit anong rason ibigay ng mga CSR, iisipin lang ng mga customers niloloko lang sila at pinapaikot ng PLDT.

Ang gawin nyo na lng, mag file kayo ng reklamo sa DTI. Pede nyo pa void yung Lock-in period nyo sa PLDT on grounds na palpak yung service nila. ang gawin nyo, tawagan nyo lagi yung PLDT para ma log yung reklamo nyo. Then keep track of those times. Then, pede nyo na demanda ang PLDT. Makakuha pa kayo ng settlement. Then, lalo sila mapapansin ng DTI pag marami na talaga nag rereklamo. Wala naman choice ang DTi kundin pansinin kayo lalo na pagtalagang lantaran na yung reklamo.
Nagsubscribe kme noong 2500 per month pa yung 128kbps nila. Noon pa lng palpak na. Never again sa PLDT hangat walang pagbabago sa side nila.
And alam naman natin na palpak ang PLDT, dapat inde na talaga nag susubscribe.
Tama yung ginagawa nyo na malaman ng lahat kung gaano kapalpak talaga sevice nila.
